Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Options
We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options for orders within Canada and the USA.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $55 before taxes and after discounts.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by peak holiday seasons, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and secure.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to an unsafe or unsecured location.
Return to Sender Packages
Refunds cannot be issued for “Return to Sender” packages unless the package is received back at our warehouse.
If the package is returned to us in good condition, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fees and a 10% handling fee.
If you would like the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Duties & Fees
For orders shipped within Canada and the USA, duties and fees are already included.
For orders shipped outside of Canada and the USA, additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
